Mary-Margaret Bollato is a Licensed Professional Counselor and a State of Texas certified and working school counselor. Mary-Margaret earned her education degree from Texas State University and her Master's in Educational and Community Counseling from Lamar Uiversity.
As an LPC , Mary-Margaret utilizes an eclectic theoretical approach with an emphasis on solution-focused therapy and cognitive behavioral therapy. She provdes a holistic approach with clients in order to support both short-term and long-term goals for healing and mental wellness. Clients will experience an environment of compassion, understanding, and support while exploring the realities of their lives.
Having 20 years' experience in the school system working with adolescents, Ages 11–20, has provided Mary-Margaret with a uniquely qualified perspective to the academic and behavioral challenges arising during adolescence. Additionally, her own family and life experiences ground her with experiential knowledge when working with all types of individuals and their unique circumstances.
